WASHINGTON - Kenneth Hoffman, medical director and founder of Sophia Natural Health Center in Brookfield, presents introduction to Chinese medicine and women's health at 18:30 Thursday, August 4 at Gunn Memorial Library, 5 Wykeham Rd.
Dr. Hoffman is talking the fight against aging women, hormonal imbalances, menopause, osteoporosis, heart and breast health, weight loss and stress on holistic and alternative natural approaches related to health.
Dr. Hoffman in Taiwan to learn under the supervision of a medical teacher and Taoist Qigong, the art of healing in Chinese medicine. He is a graduate of a program at the University of Pacific Oriental medicine according to Chinese medicine to study and completed his clinical internship at the San Juan Riverside Hospital.
He opened Sophia Natural Health 12 years ago the center. The established system of medicine that is integral Nature Medicine, a unique mix of many years of experience and combines Eastern medicine and modern medical sciences.
