Black Here - women have learned more about healthy living in primary Black Here Saturday.

West Virginia University National Center of Excellence in Women's Health organized Wellness Retreat Women (WOW).

WOW retirement was offered for 10 years. He began Heston Farms Winery and moved to the primary school Black Here last year, said managing director of the national health excellence Betty Critch Women Centre.

Breakfast and lunch were provided by Heston Farms Winery available. The food was healthy, good, Critch said.

Women were also in the fields of education sessions and movement to participate. This running, yoga, bicycle safety, Dancing, Gardening Basics and included benefits of essential oils.

There was also a raffle prizes, including two bicycles doors and a weekend at the Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa in Morgantown.

Statewide West Virginia Children and Healthy Families Coalition School Organizer Jennifer Wells presents an educational sessions.

She gave information on women to share schools and communities as lead to a better state to join, he said.

"I had the opportunity to learn more about this community," Wells said.

She was surprised that Black Here primary school was ready to open the school in the event. It is expected that the women information received at the meeting to help convert the received information on healthy living in WOW, he said.

Julie Kersey Mannington residents attended WOW restarted this year.

He participated in a session that taught him about gardening and horticulture in West Virginia. Also participated in a yoga session, he said.

WOW gave him the opportunity to him and thoughts to concentrate and to focus more on their own health, Kersey said.

"Worry more about my own health and focuses more on me" Kersey be with WOW, he said.

She also feels health tests gave good information about where your health and received good strategies, as things improve, he said.

Fairmont residents Cathy Reed visited WOW. She took six or seven times to WOW.

She received health checks for blood sugar and cholesterol. Also participated in a meeting of dance and yoga, Reed said.

She liked that the event people has attracted from all walks of life, he said.

"I think it went well," the director of the primary school Black Here DeVaul WOW Janie, she said.

DeVaul agreed that Black Here primary school the WOW site in the last two years, because the school the center of the community and is a comfort zone for many residents, he said.

WOW helps women of the community are trained and to have literature on healthy and feel good about themselves, DeVaul said.

DeVaul hope to come to see more women and use this event next year and WOW expects further into the future.
