PA Performing Arts is to provide free weekly seminars for the community available to partner with the healthcare companies in the region.
"Our Wise & Well program is exciting because it extends fitness - a healthy life," said the owner Brittany Stevens. "With this program we can reach to other companies / individuals health seminars from after what they might be important."
Each seminar will focus on a different theme, such as women's health, which was conducted by Diana Klunk of Life Shop on Wednesday for changes and the seminar next week, on "What are you telling Spa not developed, Sarah" Just welfare.
PA Theatre Arts also emphasizes fitness group lessons with a variety of options, such as Zumba Toning Bar, cardio kickboxing, yoga and Vinyasa Power heated.
Yoga classes are also offered through a partnership with bare skin care and laser center.
"I am very happy about our new focus on fitness group because I wanted to offer a different program," Stevens said. "I feel like our classes are dynamic, find out who really focus on your goals and needs of teachers."

Emerging luxury clothing coming in Hanover
